4 quick ways to raise Arthur's honor

Easy honor in Valentine: greet everyone, pat the dogs, become Mickey's friend and help people in random encounters.

The steps

1. Method 1: ride into Valentine

   • Where: Valentine, by the train station
   • When: Daytime

   Ride into Valentine (the video arrives by the train station in the daytime, around 1 PM).

2. Say hi to everyone

   • Where: Valentine streets

   Point at a person (hold L2 on PlayStation - the STRANGER prompt), then press GREET. Do it to everyone you pass. Every friendly greeting adds a little honor.

   • Hold Stranger (L2) on a person
   • Press GREET
   • Repeat on everyone you pass

3. Even the horses

   Greet the horses too - "even the horse".

4. Method 2: pat the dog

   • Where: Valentine streets

   Find a dog in town (the video finds a bluetick coonhound in the street), hold Stranger (L2) on it and press PAT. Always pat the dog.

5. Method 2.5: be friends with Mickey

   • Where: Valentine

   Mickey, the homeless veteran, walks up to Arthur by a house in Valentine and asks "Can't we be friends?". Press ACCEPT, then let him hold you when he asks.

6. Method 3: help the man who is "all cold inside"

   On the road you find a man in the bushes saying "my insides... is all cold". Get off your horse and help him.

   A man whose hands are tied asks for help "again". Ride up and cut him free - he thanks you ("you must be my guardian angel").
